1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 288won ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Access to and use of the 288won website, mobile application, and all associated services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288won. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

2Eligibility

To register and use 288won, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Accounts found to have been registered by or for a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account at 288won. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You should not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 288won support immediately. 288won will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause is a breach of your security obligations.

Account Verification

288won may require identity verification at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification documentation are the player's responsibility.

4Deposits

All deposits at 288won are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are credited to your 288won balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the Deposit section of your account. This minimum may vary by payment method.

Deposit Source

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and a review of your account.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real money balances can be requested from your account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where this is technically possible.

Wagering Requirements

If a bonus is active on your account, the bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. You may still withdraw your deposited funds before bonus wagering is complete — however, any unconverted bonus balance will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

Verification Before Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or where account verification has not yet been completed, may be held pending identity verification. Supplying accurate documentation promptly will minimise any delay.

Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 288won does not control processing times on the receiving institution's side once the transfer has been dispatched.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account's withdrawal section. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased maximum withdrawal limits. Refer to the VIP programme page for current tier details.

6Bonuses and Promotions

288won offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and VIP-exclusive offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus terms below.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus balance expires at the end of the stated period.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding these limits may result in the bonus being voided.
• Some games contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• 288won reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, using coordinated betting strategies across accounts, or any other behaviour that 288won determines to be bonus abuse will result in voiding of all associated bonuses and review of the account. This determination is made at 288won's reasonable discretion.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 288won — covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sports — is subject to these general rules in addition to sport-specific rules available within the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the system and a confirmation reference is displayed. Bets placed during a technical fault or connectivity issue that cannot be confirmed are not valid. 288won is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connection issues on the player's side.

Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without an official result being declared; a market is suspended due to a technical error or obvious pricing error; or applicable sport rules determine no result. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's balance.

Cricket and PSL Specific

For Cricket matches affected by weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are treated as official results for match winner markets. In-play markets are suspended during interruptions and re-opened when play resumes. PSL matches follow the official PSL ruleset for determining results.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits apply. These are specified within the bet slip when placing a bet. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum are capped at the maximum payout regardless of the calculated return.

8Casino Rules

The 288won casino section includes live dealer games, slots, RNG table games, and crash-style games. The following rules apply across all casino products in addition to individual game rules.

Game Results

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures. 288won does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed and confirmed by the system.

Disconnection During Play

If you are disconnected during a live casino round or slot spin, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. Any winnings from completed rounds will be credited to your balance. 288won is not responsible for connection issues on the player's side.

Technical Errors

In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect payout or an impossible game state, 288won reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player. Winnings paid as a result of a confirmed technical error are not considered valid and may be reclaimed.

Responsible Use of Casino Features

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 288won and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or in-play delay to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or match betting across bonus accounts)
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or using 288won as a financial intermediary
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to play on your behalf
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other players
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's systems beyond normal player use

10Account Suspension and Closure

288won reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies)
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure)

Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, real money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file after identity verification is completed.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 288won will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. After a further period of inactivity, the remaining balance may be reduced by an administrative fee to cover maintenance costs, subject to applicable minimum balance limits.

11Privacy and Data

288won collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that document.

Your data is used to: verify your identity, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations, personalise your experience, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions where you have opted in to marketing.

14Amendments to These Terms
